Items will take 3-9 days to arrive for U.S. orders and 6-20 days for international orders. Please allow an additional week for COVID-19 shipping delays.
If your item never came after 60 days from when you ordered it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused items.
If the reason for a return is because the item doesn't fit, we will issue you store credit minus the shipping label cost when we receive the return.
If the reason for a return is because the item is incorrect, let us know and we'll send the correct item once we receive the return.
To do a return, email us at email@example.com and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
We give out refunds to anyone who's item never arrived after 60 days from when they ordered, anyone who's received a damaged item or anyone who received the wrong item.
For anyone who received a wrong or damaged item, you must contact us within 30 days of you receiving the item to request a refund.
We do not give refunds for items that don't fit, only returns with store credit.
